Some pretty eyecandy

The other day I was just sitting trying to come up with a new post. I am feeling like all I do is work these days and my home could use a bit of attention. Of course I water my plants and clean, shop and do laundry...but tweaking. I guess I need the time because it brings me pleasure. I was flipping through my pictures and found some of a home I sold several years back. It has been a personal favorite of mine for a long time, just like the people who lived there. After and during the business deal we became close and my friend Laura has become a very dear friend of mine. So let me share her very inspiring home. Her old home....the new one is just as wonderful, but I haven't taken any pictures there, yet.

Hope you all enjoyed the tour! I loved showing and selling this home.
I am thinking about stopping this blog due to lack of comments. I don't think I have what it takes to bring in the comments. I may come up with a couple more posts and then sign off.

What a beautiful home... thanks for the tour!! It must have been hard for your friend to sell....although I'm sure she has set up another wonderful new place!

I always enjoy reading your blog and would be sorry to see you go. I don't have a blog myself, so I don't know what goes into it, but I do enjoy reading all the blogs of the kindred spirits out there! I can imagine it is discouraging to not get feedback.... Hope things improve and you decide to stay!

What a beautiful tour. Thanks for sharing this with us. You shouldn't feel that way about your blog. I think the number of comments has cut down on everybody's. To me, the number of comments doesn't matter to me. As long as my followers keep following me, I feel they are enjoying what I post.

what a beautiful home. I know what you mean about lack of comments. But, at least you have over 200 followers. I have been blogging or maybe I should say trying to blog for over 2 years and I only have 19 followers, most who have never commented. thanks for sharing your pictures.

Oh my goodness, I am drooling over that beautiful home. Thanks for sharing. It is summer and I find that not as many folks comment as in the winter months. I agree with everyone else. Tough it out. You have lots of followers. Not everyone likes to comment but probably visit often, Have a great week.

Wow, that is a beautiful home! So glad you shared some eye candy. :-D

I've been blogging for over 7 yrs and never get lots of comments. Don't quit! I was following too many blogs and rarely had time to comment. So I unsubscribed from a whole bunch of them and am trying harder to comment on the ones I still read. Like yours. :-)

Blessings, Jessica

What a home...it's a dream home.
It's modern enough and also PRIM enough to make it overall PERFECT and warm.
We all go through bouts of 'not sure what to write about...sometimes that's why there's like a month in between...but in life there's always something we all would love to read about....keep hanging in there - every day is different!
Blessings,
Karen

I love home tours / now I am glad I stopped by AND stayed awhile :)

I could take all those windows any day...

I feel like I just want some time too. My job's been in the busy season, the weather's been too hot all summer, the weekends are crazy with getting the minimal done then babysitting the grandson and sometimes his sister, and then it is back to work to recover from babysitting :)
