New treasures~

I spent the day off shopping with a friend and found some new treasures, like this little blue bottle that matches the canning jars I have. It was nice to take a day away from work, garden and family. Just a day to relax. Sometimes with my job being what it is I never get away from it. Then there have been some family issues that I was happy to leave behind......and to find some pretty new things was just plain fun!
Two little brown crocks, great for all the summer flowers I cut. I also found a couple of picinic baskets to add to the little one I found a while back. Don't they look cute all in a stack?

Donna I have to agree with you, sometime we just need to step back and take a break from our duties with our work and family. I can't think of no better way than to go shopping. I have several of the ball jars, they are great for flower arranging. I love the brown crocks. Glad you had a fun break. Vicky

Good Morning Donna,
WHAT A BEAUTIFUL BLOG! And I just noticed that I have the same background...no wonder I love it. lol

I took a stroll through your blog and I'm drooling at all the eye candy. Such wonderful treasures you own.

I must say your spread in A Primitive Place magazine was awesome. Such a beautiful garden and grounds.
You live in a sweet Cape Cod like us (same color too!) - aren't they fun? I find it so homey and pleasing to look at - just love that style.

Thanks for becoming one of my followers and I for sure am one of yours now.
